Certification
Our lead technicians are certified by the world’s leading certification organization in cleaning and restoration services, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The IICRC conducts and gathers research on relevant products, equipment, and techniques, and trains its members to be on the cutting edge with the highest and most up-to-date standards in the industry. Our company is committed to training its employees in excellence, and enrolling them in classes for ongoing education. At least one knowledgeable and certified employee is present on every job. Our clients often have questions pertaining to the services we offer, and we expect our technicians to be capable of answering those questions with satisfactory explanation.
